INGREDIENTS
Type "00" wheat flour. Water, brewer's yeast, sunflower oil, salt. Grated cheese, basil. Fresh stringy cheese. Peeled tomatoes (tomato juice, salt). Olive oil, pitted black olives. Artichokes, champignons mushrooms (Prataiolo mushroom (Agaricus bisporus)). Preservatives: potassium sorbate. Allergens: gluten, dairy products. It may contain traces of soy and nuts.
PREPARATION
- Defrosting: Defrost the product for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Baking mode: Bake in a non-ventilated oven for 8 to 12 minutes at an initial temperature of 170°/180°C.
STORAGE MODES AND SHELF LIFE
Store in the freezer at a temperature of -18 °C. Product consumable within 12 months if stored properly in unopened package at a temperature of -18 °C. Once the product has been thawed it should not be refrozen and should be consumed within 24 h after thawing.
