INGREDIENTS
Mozzarella 85% (pasteurised EU VACCINE MILK, rennet, salt, milk enzymes). Breading 15%: water, WHEAT FLOUR, rice flour. Breadcrumbs, WHEAT FLOUR TYPE "O0", water, brewer's yeast. May contain traces of SUGAR AND NUTS.
PREPARATION
Defrosting: Defrost in the fridge at +4C° for 10h
Baking mode: Fry or bake at 180° C
STORAGE MODES AND SHELF LIFE
Store in the freezer at a temperature of -18 °C. Product consumable within 12 months if stored properly in unopened package at a temperature of -18 °C. Once the product has been thawed it should not be refrozen and should be consumed within 24 h after thawing.
