INGREDIENTS

Durum wheat semolina pasta 20% (durum wheat semolina, water). Smoked provola 10% (EU VACCINE MILK, rennet, salt). Pork sausage 4%. Turnip greens 4%. skimmed milk powder. PALM oil. Maize starch. WHEAT FLOUR. Grated CHEESE (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme from EGGS). PDO Pecorino cheese (SHEEP'S MILK, salt, rennet.) Fine salt, ground black pepper, powdered nutmeg. Preservatives: Potassium sorbate (E202). Breadcrumbs: water, WHEAT FLOUR, rice flour. Wheat starch'. Breadcrumbs "TONGUE WHEAT FLOUR TYPE "00", water, brewer's yeast". May contain traces of SOYBEANS AND NUTS.

PREPARATION

Defrosting: Defrost in the fridge at +4C° for 10h

Baking mode: Fry or bake at 180° C

STORAGE MODES AND SHELF LIFE

Store in the freezer at a temperature of -18 °C. Product consumable within 12 months if stored properly in unopened package at a temperature of -18 °C. Once the product has been thawed it should not be refrozen and should be consumed within 24 h after thawing.
