INGREDIENTS
Durum wheat semolina pasta 20%. Smoked provola 10% (EU VACCINE MILK, rennet, salt). Beef and pork 4%. Baby peas 4%, skimmed milk powder. PALM oil. Maize starch. WHEAT FLOUR. Grated CHEESE (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme from EGGS). Fine salt. Ground black pepper. Preservatives: Potassium sorbate (E202). Breading 1.5%: water, WHEAT flour, rice flour. Wheat starch'. Breadcrumbs, WHEAT FLOUR TYPE "00", water, brewer's yeast. May contain traces of soy and nuts
PREPARATION
Defrosting: Defrost in the fridge at +4C° for 10h
Baking mode: Fry or bake at 180° C
STORAGE MODES AND SHELF LIFE
Store in the freezer at a temperature of -18 °C. Product consumable within 12 months if stored properly in unopened package at a temperature of -18 °C. Once the product has been thawed it should not be refrozen and should be consumed within 24 h after thawing.
