INGREDIENTS
Aubergines 26%, Tomato juice 20%; wheat semolina pasta 20% (durum wheat semolina, water). Smoked provola 18% (EU VACCINE MILK, rennet, salt). Grated CHEESE (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme from EGGS). skimmed milk powder. palm oil. corn starch, WHEAT flour. celery, carrots and onion (in varying proportions). Preservatives: Potassium sorbate (E202). Fine salt, ground black pepper. Breading 1.5%: water, WHEAT FLOUR, rice flour. wheat starch'. Breadcrumbs " WHEAT FLOUR TYPE "00", water, brewer's yeast". May contain traces of SOY AND NUTS.
PREPARATION
Defrosting: Defrost in the fridge at +4C° for 10h
Baking mode: Fry or bake at 180° C
STORAGE MODES AND SHELF LIFE
Store in the freezer at a temperature of -18 °C. Product consumable within 12 months if stored properly in unopened package at a temperature of -18 °C. Once the product has been thawed it should not be refrozen and should be consumed within 24 h after thawing.
