INGREDIENTS

Dehydrated potato flake 20% (dehydrated potatoes 99%, spices). Potato 18%. Smoked provola 8% (EU VACCINE MILK, rennet, salt). Salami 8%. Grated cheese (VACCINE MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme from EGGS). Pepper, salt, sunflower oil, potato starch. Breading: water, wheat flour, rice flour. Breadcrumbs, "WHEAT FLOUR TYPE "00", water, brewer's yeast". May contain traces of SOY AND NUTS.

PREPARATION

Defrosting: Defrost in the fridge at +4C° for 12h

Baking mode: Fry or bake at 180° C

STORAGE MODES AND SHELF LIFE

Store in the freezer at a temperature of -18 °C. Product consumable within 12 months if stored properly in unopened package at a temperature of -18 °C. Once the product has been thawed it should not be refrozen and should be consumed within 24 h after thawing.
