INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour type "00" and "0". Water, brewer's yeast, olive oil, sunflower oil, salt. Preservatives: potassium sorbate. Allergens: gluten. It may contain traces of soy and nuts.

PREPARATION

  • Defrosting: Defrost the product for 15 minutes at room temperature.
  • Baking mode: Bake in a non-ventilated oven for 8 to 12 minutes at an initial temperature of 170°/180°C.

STORAGE MODES AND SHELF LIFE

Store in the freezer at a temperature of -18 °C. Product consumable within 12 months if stored properly in unopened package at a temperature of -18 °C. Once the product has been thawed it should not be refrozen and should be consumed within 24 h after thawing.
